Employers are now expected to follow the new Colorado legislation that relates to family leave and workplace harassment situations. Meet Our Presenter
Milan Larson – Associate Professor of Management, Milan Larson joined the Monfort College of Business as an Assistant Professor in Management in 2005, with an emphasis to teach in Human Resource Management. In 2011 he received promotion and tenure as an Associate Professor of Management and was asked to become the department chairperson. He has been teaching at the university-level for over 15 years at other institutions, including Colorado State University, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter Minnesota. He earned his undergraduate degree from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN; MBA from the Executive Programs at University of Colorado; and PhD from University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
