FAMLI & POWR Legislation

Employers are now expected to follow the new Colorado legislation that relates to family leave and workplace harassment situations.  This 45-minute webinar will cover the basics of each of these new laws and clarify some of the guidelines and implementation requirements for employers.  We know most employers are in favor of building a great workplace environment.  And while these new laws are designed to support employees with added benefits while they work, there are some important logistical and implementation issues employers need to understand.  This webinar is intended to help with those implementation issues.  Attendees will walk away from this webinar with:

  • A better understanding of the laws
  • Clarification on how to implement guidelines for their organizations
  • Additional resources (links and articles) to take with them ensure they understand the laws
