Is Agritourism right for you?
Tourism has become one of the largest and fastest-growing economic sectors in the world over the past decade and agritourism plays a huge roll within this industry. Agritourism is where agriculture and tourism meet to provide you with an amazing educational experience, whether it be a tour of a farm or ranch, a festival or cheese-making class. Farmers, ranchers and wineries are turning their land into a destination and opening their doors to the public in order to teach more about what they do and increase revenues.
Join Jill Corbin, Director of Destination Development with the Colorado Tourism Office, as she will discuss a broad look at all aspects of tourism in rural communities and provide you with 2019/2020 Destination Development and Grant Opportunities provided by the Colorado Tourism Office to help you get started!
